Job Summary

This position will work closely with the Vice President of Talent Acquisition to develop sourcing strategies to aid in attracting a large pool of diverse top-level leadership executives. The System Director, Executive Talent Acquisition will be responsible for meeting with organizational leaders to devise plans accurately highlighting the needs and expectation of each new position vacancy. The System Director, Executive Talent Acquisition is responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process.


• Bachelors in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relatable degree, advance degree preferred.


• Demonstrable experience in recruiting at senior levels, retained search experience is desired as well as industry or domain knowledge of healthcare services.


• Knowledge with employment law, recruitment best practices, and other compliance laws.


• Exemplary Project Management and organizational skills.


• Strong Interpersonal skills with the ability to handle the challenges of working internally in a team-based environment and externally with a variety of prospective candidates.


• Excellent communications skills; with fluency in English both written and spoken; additional language skills will be an advantage.


• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership while maintaining excellent customer service.


• Must have strong analytical, critical thinking, and interviewing skills.


• Knowledge of sourcing tools i.e.; Social media, Google. X-Ray, Zoom Info, online resume database mining, and Jigsaw.


• Familiarity with applicant tracking system (ATS).


• Strong computer skills i.e.; Microsoft word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Actively works on multiple senior-level searches simultaneously taking ownership of the research and candidate development process.


• Develops and presents outstanding prospects by routinely conducting third-party sourcing/pre-reference calls--- thoroughly assessing experiences and critical competencies for success.


• Participates in client kick-off meetings with the consultant to devise a search strategy targeting lists of companies from which to recruit.


• Establishes a cadence of communication between hiring leaders, clients, and candidates, keeping them up-to-date on search statuses and any matters related to the search process.


• Responsible for ensuring all clients and candidates have a seamlessly positive experience.


• Ensures clients and candidates are abreast of all major events related to the search and selection process.


• Maintains accurate applicant tracking system records by assuring jobs are posted and approved by appropriate leadership.


• Ensures applicants are screened and sourced appropriately and in compliance with EEOC standards.


• Responsible for keeping up-to-date candidate and new hire data in the ATS for metric evaluation and reporting.


• Formulates job posting and descriptions, ensuring the accuracy in reflecting job requirements and that the job posting complies with EEOC policy and standards.


• Conducts formal reference screenings on final-stage candidates.


• Prepares detailed and accurate information for progress reports.


• Provides an informed perspective of current market conditions and prospective candidates


• Enthusiastically involved in coaching and mentoring new team members; being proactive and willing to share expertise and best practices.


• Drafts initial candidate presentations including in-depth experience and competency-based assessments.


• Solely conducts or assists the VP of Talent Acquisition in the candidate interviewing process.


• Contributes to the team’s competitive intelligence knowledge management activities by owning and working a defined candidate pool both proactively and during the course of normal search work.

Qualifications - Minimum

Required Education:

4 Yr. Bachelors Degree

Major in Business, Psychology or applicable.

Preferred Education:

Graduate Degree (Masters); major in Business, Psychology or applicable

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of executive recruiting experience. 

Proficient in MS Office,  ability to work collaboratively with team members, ability to solve problems without the need of constant supervisory direction.

Previous experience working in D&I Departments

Workday experience preferred
