Job Summary

We are looking for RN’s to use their clinical expertise to fill in for open shifts in mercy Health hospitals across Cincinnati. Clinical Resource Team members benefit from:

 The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process through data collection and assessment, identifying and determining the priority of patient’s/ resident’s/client’s problems/needs, and evaluating the process and outcome of nursing care.  The RN coordinates, provides and directs patient teaching activities and coordinates the care provided by health team members.  The RN possesses good interpersonal and teamwork skills and practices the Core Values of the Mercy Health Care System.

Job Requirements

We need your compassion and engaging personality. You’ll also use your strong clinical skills, and your desire to make sure each patient has the best outcomes and a good experience. Plus, you’ll need to be organized, have top-notch communication and interpersonal skills, and work well with a diverse population.

Specifically, you’ll need:

  • An Associate Degree in Nursing with the passion of getting your bachelor’s degree within 3 years; completed Bachelor of Science in Nursing, preferred
  • Current RN license in Ohio
  • 2 years of current progressive care experience
  • Additional training in your area of specialization
  • BLS
  • ACLS

 And the following are a plus:

  • Additional certifications

Shift and Job Schedule

  • Must be willing to work day and night shift
  • Weekend rotation required
  • 12 hour shifts
  • Full time (36 hrs/week)
