Job Summary

The RN Clinical Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process through data collection and assessment, identifying and determining the priority of patient’s/ resident’s/client’s problems/needs, and evaluating the process and outcome of nursing care.  The RN coordinates, provides and directs patient teaching activities and coordinates the care provided by health team members.  In addition, the RN Clinical Coordinator functions in a unit based leadership and support role to the staff in their assigned unit/department.

 Education, Specialized and/or Technical Knowledge Requirements:

  1. Graduate of state approved school of nursing
  2. Current RN licensure to practice nursing issued by the State of Ohio
  3. Additional training in area of specialization required
  4. American Heart Assocation CPR proficiency.

Shift and Job Schedule

Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours weekly

Shift: Days, 7:00am - 3:30pm
