Job Summary

The Field Services Analyst I is responsible for ensuring the streamlined operations of assigned functions in accordance with Mercy Health IT leadership and IT governance.  This position is responsible for overseeing the daily IT activities at assigned site including break fix tickets and project work. The candidate should be familiar with imaging workstations, and basic software troubleshooting including but not limited to windows, antivirus, and office. The candidate should understand basic hardware troubleshooting including but not limited to workstations, printers, document scanners, and barcode scanners.

  • Have the necessary communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients at all levels
  • Be self-managing and capable of prioritizing work load based on client requirements.

 Education and Experience:

College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, telecommunications, information sciences, or related field and/or 3+ years equivalent work experience.

Shift and Job Schedule

Full-Time hours, 40 hours/week

Day shift, 8:00am - 4:30pm

on call
